Hello, I’m new to the site and still trying to figure things out. How do you make money here? And where can I post stories? Is it worth getting into this?

Hi there! Happy to welcome you on Fancentro :purple_heart: My name is Frankie, I am part of Fancentro account management team. I will be happy to share some tips with you that could help get more attention towards your page and, therefore, more purchases.

  • Write a short but concise bio for your page: introduce yourself as a content creator, give the fans a hint of what to expect from your page and whar awaits them if they subscribe;
  • Pin a welcome post or a video to your Feed that includes the important information the users should be aware of - this will help you keep your potential subscribers more informed about your schedule and the content that you are planning to add - just don’t forget to hide the date on the pinned message :wink:;
  • Regularly update your Feed. We recommend adding at least two posts a day (more is always better) with at least one free post and one post for your subscribers or followers, remember the more public posts you publish the more chances you will get to be discovered on our discovery page by new users!
  • Use clips as an additional revenue stream and upselling option. The more regularly you post clips, the more chances you get to bring in more sales, and the more accurate tags you add to it, the better chance it will have of being discovered by users even once the clip is no longer new;
  • Use stories to create a funnel and introduction to your other content: start by posting public stories to gain as much user attention as possible, then move on to stories for followers to get people to follow your updates, and then start adding the subscriber-only stories to get people to subscribe. Stories can be published from your Stories section here;
  • Garner engagement from your live streams: We recommend starting a stream for both followers and subscribers and then switching to subscriber-only mid-stream - this way you might gain - this might give your followers a call to action to subscribe to keep watching your stream;
  • Create effective perks and subscription offers: Subscription offers have to be coherent and descriptive to entice users to buy more. Add necessary information about perks, but don’t go crazy. Explain the perks they’re getting, and make it clear what the differences are between subscription offers.
  • Write welcome DM templates: Set up your different template welcome messages to automatically send to new followers and new subscribers.
  • Make sure to add tags to your clips and feed posts - doing this will elevate your profile in search and will make it easier for users to find it
