Content compliance: how easy is it, really? What do I need to know about couple content?

Hello there! Hope you’re having a wonderful day.:cherry_blossom: Let us take a quick look at such an important topic as content compliance and things that are necessary to know when dealing with content that has additional performers.:eyes:

It is especially important to remember now, since the requirements imposed by the payment and payout processors (simply put, payment methods and banks​:moneybag::bank:) have only become stricter towards adult platforms and content lately, and we are obliged to fully comply.

So, what to do if you want to post something with a co-performer? The process is simple as that:

  • under your post or clip, just check the box saying "other persons are depicted in content":busts_in_silhouette:

  • this will let you enter their name and date of birth, and attach their documents: a photo of their ID and their model release or consent form.:page_with_curl:

  • done!:white_check_mark: all of the info attached along with your content will, of course, remain confidential, so there is no need for your co-performer to worry about their anonymity.

What if I/my co-performer do not have a consent form?

Okay, but does it get any easier?

In fact, it does! :raised_hands:Once you have attached the documents for this particular performer once, the system remembers them, so next time you upload more content with them, you will just need to check the “other performers” box, choose them and only attach their model release/consent form (this is done because content filmed at different times may have different model releases).:movie_camera:

Is this going to change in the future?

While strict requirements from payment processors may add some hassle to work routine, we are actively looking into new ways of simplifying the content compliance processes and making it as convenient and hassle free as possible for our creators, while ensuring legitimacy of the content.:tickets:
