When you say action required what do I do?

Im from OF I dont know what to do when you say I need to add a user to a certain perk. HOw do I do this?

The “Action Required” section on your dashboard shows perks that need your attention. When you’re adding a perk to a pricing plan, you get to choose if you wanna be notified when someone grabs a subscription that includes the perk. So, for example, if you’re offering a custom video or access to your social channels as a perk, and you’ve turned on notifications, you’ll get a heads up when it’s time to provide access to this perk. All these alerts will pop up in that “Action Required” section on your dashboard.

Oh, and if you’re selling access to your content exclusively on Fancentro and your subscribers get instant access after purchasing, you can just turn off those notifications when you’re tweaking your pricing plan.

If you’re selling access to your social media, like Instagram or Snapchat, make sure to add your fans and mark the notification as completed on your dashboard. When it comes to selling custom content, such as exclusive videos, you can give users access through private messaging (DMs).
