What’s new? Flexible pricing is here!
We are delighted to share the news about a much awaited feature you might have noticed: flexible pricing!
What is it about?
Remember seeing our banner telling you that the price of an item cannot be lower than $5? Well, no more! Now you are in full control of your prices!
Price range between $0.99 and $4.99 is now available for you to take full advantage of. Be it the old scrapes of content that didn’t make it into a MassDM, separate perks to sell or an occasional quick pic for your loyal subscribers at a discounted price, with the flexible pricing everything can now be of use.
How does it work?
- On your side, simply set a price between $0.99 and $4.99 - it’s just as simple as that
You will see a reminder banner first time you do it:
- While for a standard $5+ range of prices the processing fee is covered by Fancentro, for lower prices it will be covered by your fan, meaning that what you set is right what you get - no additional expenses on your side.
- Your fans will see content with lower pricing same as any other content: for instance, here is a DM unlock with an alluring price of $2:
- Transparency is the key: this is why we are showing the final price with the fees applied to the fan before purchase once they press that enticing unlock button:
Ok, but is it still that favorable of a deal to my fans if they have to cover the fee?
It sure is! How so? Because it’s still cheaper than a $5 item with VAT applied, so everyone is the winner here😉
