Hi there, hope your day is going great! Let’s have a chat about managing your Fancentro interactions. When enforcing healthy boundaries with your fans or dealing with someone being rude and disrespectful, it is great to know the difference between blocking and restricting someone.
Say, the user is overdoing it in your personal messages, comments endlessly during your streams, asks for free stuff, or otherwise gets on your nerves a little bit. Maybe, you don’t even mind them still enjoying your content or making purchases, but would love to have some sort of a gentle barrier to maintain a peaceful and productive environment. That’s about time to send them to baby jail by restricting this user. 
A restricted user:
- will get no MassDMs💬
- won’t be able to chat during your livestreams, comment on your posts and clips or message you🤐
- can still see your content👀
- can even make purchases and have a subscription!
On the other hand, if someone is being straight up disrespectful, offensive or otherwise harmful, insulting or trying to pressure you into doing something you refused to do? This is not what we stand for! Time to put a full stop by blocking this opinionated prick.
A blocked user:
- has no access to your profile at all🚫
- cannot comment, chat or text you - enjoy the peace and quiet once again😇
- is cut off from buying your content or subscribing📵
- will not bother you😉
Pick what works best for you to keep your Fancentro community comfy and healthy. After all, you can always show mercy and change your mind later!
